Buying, opening or running a hotel?
Start with someone who has done all three.
Check the numbers before you buy. Open the doors in the right order. Price the rooms every day once you're open. Led by Adam Ramirez: eight hotels opened, four turned around, $10M+ a year in hotel revenue managed.
10+ years · 50+ hospitality properties · 20% average revenue lift* · *At hotels that had never done revenue management before RHG set the rates.
Buying, building or converting?
Know the numbers before you sign.
A broker's pro forma is a sales document. The Plan answers three questions in order: is the demand real, does the math work, and what is the property worth. From someone who has run the front desk and priced the rooms.
“The seller's numbers assume an occupancy. Nobody can say where it came from.”
“The lender wants a revenue number. My answer is a feeling.”
- Demand, from the guests who already stay in that market
- A year-by-year model you can move, every number sourced
- What the property is worth, by income, by sales and by cost
- One flat fee, quoted up front
of cash out the door in year one, behind a year-one profit of $38K on the same property. The Plan shows both lines.

Have an opening date?
Open in the right order.
The contractor has a schedule. The business doesn't. The name, the budget, the systems, the hiring and the booking sites have to happen in the right order, and the order is the whole job. The Launch runs all ten phases, on site, and hands off to your team at the end.
“Nobody on our team has opened a hotel before.”
“Our manager starts the week we open. By then the opening is already done.”
- Ten phases, from concept and budget to the first guest
- Booking sites live early, every system set up in your name
- Hiring, training and standards done before day one
- Quoted per project, after the Plan

“We set our rates when we opened. They haven't moved much since.”
“I don't remember the last time I checked Expedia against our own site.”

The rate in the Plan is the rate the Launch opens at, and the rate your revenue manager defends. Nothing gets lost between three firms, because there is only one.

Adam Ramirez.
Operator first.
Adam has spent 10+ years opening, repositioning and running independent and boutique hotels, many of them in Palm Springs, and still prices hotels every morning. Ramirez Hospitality Group is how an owner gets that work without hiring for it.
The method is the product and it lives in your own accounts: every rate plan, rule and piece of data belongs to you. A second contact is named on every account. If you wanted to take it over tomorrow, you could.
Read Adam's story- ·8 hotels opened from concept to ribbon-cutting
- ·4 properties repositioned after renovation or ownership transition
- ·50+ independent and boutique hospitality properties worked with
- ·$10M+ in annual hotel revenue managed
- ·6 funded feasibility projects with full pro formas
Asked by owners,
answered plainly.
Which one do I start with?
If the hotel is open, the audit. If you're buying, building or converting, the Plan. If there's an opening date, the Launch, which starts with a Plan if there isn't one yet. Not sure? Book any of the three calls and Adam will point you to the right one.
Why is the audit free?
Because it is how we show the work before you pay for anything. The score, the dollars and the two fixes are built by hand by the person who would price your rooms, and they are yours either way. The only ask at the end is whether you want help with the three lowest scores.
My broker already gave me a pro forma.
A broker's pro forma is a sales document. The Plan answers three questions in order, from someone who has run the front desk and priced the rooms, and it is not trying to sell you anything.
I have a general manager for the opening.
A general manager runs a hotel that exists. An opening is a different job: ten phases in the right order, from the name and the budget to the first guest, and it hands off to the manager at the end.
What does it cost after the audit?
The audit is free. If the audit finds money and you want help capturing it, the plans run on one flat monthly fee, nothing on commission. The audit tags every finding to the cheapest plan that captures it, so you see the fee next to the dollars it captures. The three plans are on the subscription page. See the three plans.
Will you price me out of my own market?
You set the floors and ceilings for every room type. Nothing goes below your floor without your sign-off, every change is logged with the reason, and any change is reversed on request.
Can't AI do this for me?
It can do half of it, and we use it for that half. Duetto, Lighthouse and Hotelitix all price with AI, and we are signed partners with all three. What the software can't do is know your hotel, set the rules it prices by, or answer for the result. That half is the job: our models and our team check your prices three or four times a day, every day, and the flat monthly fee pays for it.
So I have to buy software too?
No software is included in the fee. A revenue management system is required on every plan. We are signed partners with Duetto, Lighthouse and Hotelitix. The audit picks the one that fits your hotel, set up in your name at partner pricing.* If you already run a revenue management system you prefer, tell us on the call and we will consider working inside it. *Special partner rates currently apply to Duetto and Hotelitix.

Tell me where your hotel is.
I'll tell you where to start.
